Lunch

All sandwiches are made with local “Dave’s Killer Bread” with pickles, a fresh fruit garnish and your choice of potato chips or tortilla chips. For an additional cost of $2.25/person add a choice of one side salad: Garden, Caesar, Pasta or Potato.  To substitute fruit salad for fruit garnish, add $1.35/person.  Minimum order is 20 per sandwich/wrap style.

~ Deli Sandwich Platter ~

Assortment of freshly prepared smoked turkey & Swiss, roast beef & Tillamook cheddar, and ham & Provolone sandwiches on assorted “Dave’s Killer” sandwich breads. Served with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lettuce & tomato.  Almond chicken salad, albacore tuna salad and grilled veggie with pesto cream cheese sandwiches are also available upon request.

~ Southwest Grilled Chicken Wrap ~

Locally raised grilled chicken breast, black beans, fresh shredded green leaf lettuce, cilantro cream sauce, fresh salsa and avocado wrapped in a soft sun-dried tomato tortilla.

 ~ Turkey Wrap ~

Sliced smoked turkey, bacon, fresh shredded green leaf lettuce & cranberry cream cheese wrapped in a soft sun-dried tomato tortilla.

 

~ Thai Peanut Chicken Wrap ~

Locally raised grilled chicken breast, jasmine rice, grilled red peppers, fresh shredded green leaf lettuce, bean sprouts & our homemade Thai peanut sauce wrapped in a soft sun-dried tomato tortilla.

 

~ Grilled Vegetable Wrap ~

Grilled red peppers, carrots, zucchini, bean sprouts, tomatoes, shredded green leaf lettuce & pesto cream cheese wrapped in a soft sun-dried tomato tortilla.

 

~Build-Your-Own Cold Sandwich Bar~

Slived smoked turkey, ham, roast beef, sliced cheddar, Swiss, Provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion, sprouts, mayo & mustard, served with potato and wheat rolls. Comes with chips, pickles and fresh fruit.  Grilled veggies, albacore tuna salad or almond chicken salad available upon request.

Hot Sandwich Bar

All Hot Sandwich Bar items include chips, pickles, a fruit garnish and choice of salad: Caesar, Garden, Potato or Pasta.  Minimum order is for 20 people.

Prices range from $12-$18 per person

~ Burger Bar ~

Local Blue Mesa Ranch hamburger patties, locally raised grilled chicken breasts & veggie patties, sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard & buns.

~ French Dip ~

Thinly sliced Prime Rib from local Blue Mesa Ranch, Madeira wine-sauteed onions, Swiss cheese, warm baguettes & Au Jus.

 

~ Smoked Barbeque Beef ~

Slow-roasted & smoked brisket from local Blue Mesa Ranch with our awesome barbeque sauce, tomato, red onions & hoagie rolls.

 

~ Meatball Subs ~

Baked meatballs served with our homemade Marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese & hoagie rolls.

 

~ Philly Steak Sandwich ~
