Entrees come with the following unless noted otherwise:

Choice of Starch: Roasted New Potatoes (in garlic, fresh herbs & butter), Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Rice Pilaf, Wild and Brown Rice, Scalloped Potatoes. Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatoes are available for an additional $1.65 per person. Choice of Salad: Garden (gourmet mixed greens with carrots, English cucumber & cherry tomatoes, with assorted dressings), Mixed Field Greens (with caramelized walnuts, dried cranberries, Gorgonzola cheese & a raspberry vinaigrette) OR Caesar (with Romaine, fresh Parmesan, homemade croutons, black olives, cherry tomatoes & our homemade creamy Caesar dressing). Choice of Bread: Assorted Fresh Rolls OR Sliced Toscano with butter.

Your choice of barbeque or fried chicken, served with brown sugar & molasses baked beans, fresh fruit & berry salad, homemade cornbread, honey butter & your choice of our famous Purple Potato Salad or a creamy pesto pasta salad.

~ Baked Potato Bar ~

With local Blue Mesa Ranch corn-fed ground beef OR locally grown diced grilled chicken breast, sour cream, butter, grated cheddar cheese & chopped green onions, served with fresh roasted vegetables, Garden salad, fresh rolls with butter & assorted small home baked cookies.

~ Fresh Roasted Turkey Breast ~

Locally raised turkey breast carved in-house, served with our homemade gravy & cranberry sauce.

~ Complete Turkey Dinner ~

Served with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, orange-walnut stuffing, cranberry sauce, roasted vegetables OR Garden salad, your choice of sliced Toscano OR fresh rolls with butter and your choice of apple or pumpkin pie OR apple crisp. For pumpkin cheesecake add $1.50 per person.

~ Apricot and Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast ~

Locally raised chicken breast stuffed with cream cheese and sliced apricots, topped with a homemade apricot glaze.

~ Grilled Rosemary Chicken Breast with Lemon Cream Sauce~

Locally raised grilled chicken breast marinated in white wine & fresh herbs and served with your choice of sauce: Creamy Walnut Camambert, Fresh Lemon Cream, Fine Herb & White Wine OR Wild Mushroom Cream & Garlic.

~ Roasted Camembert Stuffed Chicken Breast ~

Locally raised chicken breast stuffed with walnut Camembert cheese & mushrooms, brushed with butter & wine and roasted to perfection, served with a Fine Herb & White Wine Sauce.

~ Grilled Chicken Breast with Dijon Sauce ~

Locally grown grilled chicken breast served with a Dijon cream sauce, accompanied by fettuccine tossed with white truffle oil and served with sliced Toscano OR fresh rolls with butter & your choice of salad: Garden, Mixed Field Greens or Caesar.

~ Chicken Santa Fe ~

Locally grown grilled chicken breast servied with a Pepper & Mushroom sauce, accompanied by Spanish rice and served with sliced Toscano OR fresh rolls with butter & your choice of salad: Garden, Mixed Field Greens or Caesar.

local Blue Mesa Ranch corn-fed petite Filet Mignon steaks seared with olive oil, pepper, garlic & spices and served with a Blackberry Balsamic Demi Sauce.
