~ Mexican Fiesta Bar ~

Build-Your-Own Fajitas with locally raised grilled chicken OR local Blue Mesa Ranch tender steak, sauteed in red & green peppers and red onions (1 per person), Blue Mesa Ranch ground beef tacos served with hard corn shells & soft flour tortillas, grated cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced onions & tomatoes (2 per person).  Served with black bean taquitos, Spanish rice, vegetarian refried beans, tri-colored tortilla chips, salsa, sour cream & Tapatio sauce.

Minimum order is for 25 ppl.

Locally raised shredded grilled chicken wrapped in flour tortillas, baked in our homemade creamy enchilada sauce and topped with grated cheddar cheese. Served with Spanish rice, vegetarian refried beans, tri-colored tortilla chips, salsa, sour cream & Tapatio sauce.

~ Taco Bar Deluxe ~

Locally raised grilled chicken breast OR fresh local Blue Mesa Ranch ground beef served with hard corn shells (25%) and flour tortillas (75%), grated cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced onions and tomatoes. Served with Spanish rice, vegetarian refried beans, tri-colored tortilla chips, salsa, sour cream & Tapatio sauce.

~ Churros ~

Deep-fried sweet dough spiral, deliciously sprinkled in cinnamon and sugar. Served with freshly whipped cream.
