Deluxe hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs and/or kielbasa, buns and deluxe condiments including mayonnaise, mustards, ketchup, onions, pickles, relish, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese & Teriyaki mushrooms. Served with fresh fruit & berry salad (always local when in season), brown sugar & molasses baked beans and your choice of our famous Purple Potato Salad or Mediterranean pasta salad. Barbeque or Teriyaki chicken breasts, thighs & legs, smoked beef ribs, brown sugar & molasses baked beans, fresh fruit salad, corn bread & honey butter, assorted cookies, brownies & dessert bars, and served with your choice of corn on the cob or garden salad.

Maui Citrus Barbeque Salmon served with kabobs of your choice: steak, chicken breast, cajun or Szechwan prawns.  Served with Mediterranean pasta salad OR pesto pasta salad OR our Purple Potato Salad, corn on the cob OR Caesar salad, assorted rolls OR artisan bread & butter, as well as your choice of 2 desserts: peach or boysenberry crisp with freshly whipped cream, assorted cookies, brownies or Rice Krispy bars.

Marinated or Smoked London Broil with our homemade peppercorn sauce, Chicken Satay with our homemade Thai peanut sauce, beef or pork ribs, Szechwan prawns, kielbasa or hot dogs, our famous Purple Potato Salad or wild rice salad, Oriental marinated cucumber salad, fresh fruit & berry salad in a watermelon boat (always local when in season) and assorted rolls & butter. Complete Package for 50+ people. Your choice of meat: barbeque beef brisket, roasted pork loin or grilled chicken strips on Hoagie Rolls with lettuce, sliced tomatoes & onions; your choice of two sides: barbeque baked beans, garden salad, cole slaw, our famous Purple Potato Salad or fresh fruit & berry salad (always local when in season). Served with regular or pink lemonade, paper plates, napkins, forks, cups, red & white checkered buffet linens.  Garden burgers are also available.

~Dogs on a Budget~

Includes two hot dogs per person with buns and all the condiments, sliced watermelon, bagged chips, assorted sodas and cookies.
