Prices range from $12-$18 per person

All Hot Sandwich Bar items include chips, pickles, a fruit garnish and choice of salad: Caesar, Garden, Potato or Pasta.  Minimum order is for 20 people.

Local Blue Mesa Ranch hamburger patties, locally raised grilled chicken breasts & veggie patties, sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard & buns.

~ French Dip ~

Thinly sliced Prime Rib from local Blue Mesa Ranch, grilled onions sauteed in Madeira wine, Swiss cheese, warm baguettes & Au Jus.

~ Smoked Barbeque Beef ~

Slow-roasted & smoked brisket from local Blue Mesa Ranch with our awesome barbeque sauce, tomato, red onions & hoagie rolls.

~ Meatball Subs ~

Baked meatballs served with our homemade Marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese & hoagie rolls.

~ Philly Steak Sandwich ~

Thinly sliced steak from local Blue Mesa Ranch, grilled sweet yellow and red peppers, Spanish onions, horseradish cream cheese & hoagie rolls.
