

Get to Know a Bit About Audrey Steele
She has worked in film and television production for just over 15 years. To her, the logistics side of the hospitality industry feels like another form of production, different setting, same commitment to coordination, timing, and creating a seamless experience. She may not have formal hospitality training, unless you count her days as a small-town motel housekeeper at 16, but she quickly discovered how naturally her skills translate. At the end of the day, it is all about delivering a product and an experience to the client, and her role at Twelve Baskets is managing what she proudly calls the “field team.” She joined Twelve Baskets at the recommendation of her friend and colleague, Sam Francisco, one of the company’s wonderful event coordinators.
There are two things she will always order if she sees them on a menu: Chicken Parmesan and a Sidecar cocktail. While Chicken Parmesan isn’t making its way onto the catering menu anytime soon, the Sidecar might be appearing on the cocktail list before long. And if not, she encourages clients to ask their coordinator to add it to their signature drink lineup!
