Get to Know a Bit About Daniel Larrea
Chef Dan Larrea grew up in Brazil and Berlin before getting his start spending 18 years in NYC kitchens. From hotels to fine dining, Dan absorbed everything his array of mentors taught him about global cuisine and loves incorporating a variety of flavors to every ingredient. His passion for cooking is to see the joy and community built around the table. Along with filling every plate with memorable flavors, fostering community is his passion. Dan found his way to Seattle 3 years ago and is having so much fun bringing PNW flavor and local ingredients into his recipe book. Food makes memories, and Dan is honored to be a part of yours.
