Michael’s journey in the food industry began in fast food kitchens and quickly progressed to fine dining, with experience at notable restaurants such as The Repp and Café Juanita. After several years in the restaurant world, he launched his own catering business as a private chef, where he discovered his true passion for catering. Today, his deep understanding of the kitchen, paired with natural leadership and creative vision, makes him an invaluable asset to the Twelve Baskets team.
