Get to Know a Bit About Sean Pals
He began his career in the fast-food industry before working as a dishwasher at a downtown Seattle hotel at just 17 years old. It was there that his passion for the hospitality industry truly began. Within five years, he advanced to the role of Executive Chef and went on to spend the next decade developing and growing culinary programs across three hotels, two independent cafés, and a catering company. He later took on a new challenge with Lisa Dupar Catering as Director of Food and Beverage, where he oversaw a $12 million annual contract with Facebook. Today, he leads the overall direction of ACT 3 Catering, Twelve Baskets Catering, and El Koreano Food Truck, combining his years of experience with a vision for innovation and excellence.
